Mignano 1499... quasi 1500

Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the first weekend of July. It is the historical re-enactment of an event that occurred in this tiny medieval village, when in 1499 the troops in the pay of Venice clashed with those loyal to the Republic. The event offers visitors a real dive in the fifteenth century: between shops and taverns, you can see the curd and taste the cheese just made and watch the craftsmen at work in their shops, while at the foot of the castle bivaccheranno armed and crossbowmen preparing for the plum. Meanwhile, investiture of knights, games of flags, duels to the white weapon and the evening ... magic and nocturnal light of torches and explosion of fires in closing.
