Description of the Festival
The frogs populated many of our countryside, many traditional dishes used to their use, ranging from soups, fried frogs, stewed frogs to patties. From a nutritional point of view, frog meat does not present any kind of contraindication, and can therefore be consumed by everyone. The festival is an excellent opportunity to learn about the taste of this food that is found in many recipes of the typical cuisine of the Province of Arezzo
RANS IN WET: Ingredients: frog legs, garlic, parsley, celery, onion peeled tomatoes, oil, salt. Fry the frogs in good olive oil with a little chopped parsley and garlic in the fridge (at least 24 hours). Then prepare a sauté with oil, butter, celery, garlic, parsley and onion.
