Description of the Festival
The frogs populated many of our countryside, many traditional dishes used to their use, ranging from soups, fried frogs, stewed frogs to patties. From a nutritional point of view, frog meat does not present any kind of contraindication, and can therefore be consumed by everyone. Specialties of the festival is the preparation of a good fried frog.
FRAGRANCES OF FRIED: Ingredients: frogs, white flour, extra virgin olive oil, salt. Preparation: season the legs of the frogs with salt and pepper, pass them in the flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry them in hot oil, drain them. Serve hot sprinkled with chopped parsley and surrounded with lemon wedges.
