Description of the Festival

The frogs populated many of our countryside, many traditional dishes used to their use, ranging from soups, fried frogs, stewed frogs to patties. The frogs are the protagonists but the festival is an opportunity to learn about the flavors of tradition

RANE SOUP: As soon as they are floured, they are fried in olive oil with a parsley and garlic, a little onion and even celery. Once crunched, complete with a little tomato sauce, a few pieces of pepper, salt and pepper. Let it boil and finish cooking.
