Description of the festival

Pasta is a ritual that the Associazione Sportiva Fratta S. Caterina has celebrated for almost a decade on the eve of summer. There is an answer for all the palates: for the faithful of the tradition the timeless rabbit sauce ... for those who have a little more courage to feast the amatriciana ... for those who ask for lightness a condiment with the freshest tomato ... for those who demand the solidity pici with ocio sauce ... for vegetarians the scent of the forest ... for those who love the strong pappardelle tastes of hare and wild boar ... for those who love fish spaghetti with seafood and risotto with fish. Those who wish to go beyond the pasta are spoiled for choice among many specials of appetizers, meat and pizza.
