Description of the Festival

The pods are nothing more than the beans younger and smaller and are excellent to eat raw, accompanied with a good fresh pecorino. The festival gives visitors the opportunity to make known the goodness of a simple product rooted in our countryside, enriched by the intense taste of pecorino.

CHEESE AND PODS: cold dish prepared with salted pods and seasoned with extra-virgin olive oil and some small pieces of cheese.
