Description of the Festival

The pods are nothing more than the beans younger and smaller and are excellent to eat raw, accompanied with a good fresh pecorino. The pods are served fresh seasoned with extra-virgin olive oil together with pecorino or finocchiona.

CHEESE AND PODS: Cold dish prepared with salted pods and seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and pecorino or finocchiona tocchetti.
